He graduated with B. Sc. (mass comm) and M. Sc. (Journalism) degrees (1975 and 1977, respectively) from Ohio University, USA. Mr. Muhammed is a Senior Executive Course (SEC) 12 (1990) graduate (mni) of Nigeria's foremost Think Tank, the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Plateau State.
A native of Sakaratsa Village, Rimin Gado Local Government, Kano State, Mr. Muhammed is a veteran communications specialist, consumate administrator and astute manager of human and material resources whose extensive managerial and administrative skills were acquired over the years both in Nigeria and overseas. He served for 16 years as Member of Management and Head, Information and PR/OPEC Spokesman at the OPEC Secretariat, (1994-2002), Vienna, Austria; and also as Member of Senior Management/Corporate Secretary at the OPEC Fund for International Developmernt (2002- 2010), Vienna, Austria. During that period, he made extensive contacts and established partnerships with credible international players in the oil and gas, as well as other industries.
Others were Member/Secretary to the Committee that established the Kano State Printing and Publishing Company-Publishers of the Triumph Group of Newspapers (1979/80); and Independent Observer/Consultant to Nigeria's Census 1991.
Under his company, Shadoof Communications Ltd, he served as Strategic Communications Consultant to the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and Zinox Technologies Ltd-an ICT leader in Africa.
He is very widely travelled, and has attended many local and international senior management seminars and courses including the intensive Annual Oxford Energy Seminar (UK) for senior executives in the oil/energy industry.
Mr. Muhammed is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Guild of Editors; Member, Nigerian Union of Journalists; Associate Member, International Press Institute (IPI), Vienna, Austria; and Member, International Public Information Directors Round Table, Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Muhammed is married to Hajiya Abu and they are blessed with children.
A principal partner & founder of U-DESIGN, Arc. Maimuna was born on 18th of October 1965 and she hails from Kano State.
Architect Maimuna is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (1990) where she bagged a Masters degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Urban & Environmental Design.
She started her professional career in 1990 with Julius Berger Nigeria Plc. in Abuja as a Youth Corper, then became an official employee until 1993. In March of the same year, she left Julius Berger to join the Public service with the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja.
In 2005, Architect Maimuna resigned from Public service to set up a Private Company (U-DESIGN LTD.) to cater for construction and building consultancy.
Since then, she has been steering the affairs of U-DESIGN LTD. successfully by applying her working experience and modern techniques, breaking through challenges of life by focusing & dedicating her time fully towards the establishing a trade name in the construction Industry.

A co-founder of U-Design Limited, and a principal partner, Abubakar is a graduate in B.Sc Civil Engineering from Bayero university Kano (1997). In 2003, he earned an M.Sc in Structural Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria - Nigeria.Engr. Abubakar began his career back in 1997 during his NYSC assignment with Standard Construction Limited Abuja, as a graduate engineer. He subsequently joined same company to serve as a supervisor, site agent and a project leader. He acquired unlimited field experience on road construction, drainages, bridges and culverts over the years.In May 2004, he ventured into the Telecom Industry where he worked with most of the telecom giants in the country rising from Intercellular Limited to V-Mobile to Globacom Nigeria then to Etisalat Nigeria. He rose through the ranks to assume amanagerial mantle of leadership in ensuring the successful roll-out of Telecommunication infrastructure nationwide in line with the best engineering practice worldwide.At Etisalat Nigeria, his professionalism & commitment to duty earned him the “Empact Award for Excellence”, a reward given by the company for distinguished exemplary service as a gesture of appreciation. He resigned from the Telecom sector in 2015 to assume duty as an employer at U-Design Limited. Engr. Abubakar is currently in practice, contributing to the construction industry in developing the nation through innovative solutions.

A graduate from the prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in Bauchi, Mallam Mustapha is U-Design's Head of Accounts and Finance.
With an MSc. in Finance from Coventry University, UK and several other professional qualifications, his areas of expertise include Financial Analysis & Decision Making, Corporate & Financial Strategy, Institutional Investment, Emerging Markets, Derivatives & Quantitative Methods (Econometrics), Taxation, International Accounting, Oil & Gas Accounting, Cost Accounting & Financial Accounting.
He has worked with several world class organizations like Cashless Payment Solutions, Coventry UK, as a Sales Representative, and also with MD & Co. Chartered Accountants, Abuja where he worked as an auditor. His most notable project was Auditing & Investigation for the end of year 2007 accounts for Nigerian Directorate of Employment (NDE) Abuja.
Barrister Sagir Gezawa obtained his LL.B Hons from Bayero University Kano in the year 2003 and was called to the Bar in October, 2004. He joined the law firm of K. T. Turaki & Co from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007, together with a colleague, Mr. Abubakar Isa founded Century Attorneys as partners in the firm. He thereafter established his firm S. S. Gezawa & Co. in the year 2010 and has been practicing under its since then. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr Gezawa has Masters in Business and Commercial Law from Bayero University, Kano.
